Fill in the recruitment form with your background, interests, and preferred subsystem. Applications are reviewed by subsystem leads within 48 hours.
Shortlisted candidates receive a brief technical task relevant to their chosen subsystem. No prior racing experience required — we assess aptitude and approach.
Selected candidates are invited for a conversation with the team and a tour of the workshop. Understand the subsystem, the culture, and the commitment expected.
Successful candidates are formally inducted into their subsystem and begin contributing to the active race car development cycle immediately.
